As you know it, specialty coffee is ultimately defined in cup. It takes many steps to deliver a cup in the hands of the consumer.Before being granites, it must be harvested, then dry and select and finish roasting in order to have an exquisite flavor. DAY 01–CDMX –TAPACHULA – ZARAGOZA – HAMBURG COFFEE FARM
After your connection flight from Mexico City, one of our representatives will be at the airport of Tapachula and they will transfer you to Hamburg Coffee Farm crossing and admiring beautiful landscapes, reached the town of Zaragoza where he began a dirt road that will take us to the farm Hamburg, accommodation in cabins, welcome cocktail, dinner and overnight
DAY 02 – COFFEE FARM OF HAMBURGO
After breakfast, we started the tour discovering all the benefits of the coffee process. Then we will do the field tour to learn more in details about the work of the farm, food and stroll through the coffee farm, and at the convenient time we will have dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 03 – HAMBURG COFFEE FARM – CHIRIPA COFFEE FARM – ARGOVIA COFFEE FARM
After breakfast, we began the journey towards the farm of Chiripa. It is where we will start our adventure on this island in the heart of the Cuilco River formed a natural fault, where you can launch to the canopy of more than 300 meters with two stations, crossing the bridge of hammock, recreating with the whimsical monumental stone shapes and invigorating bathing in the fresh waters of the river that brings us the secrets of the ancient mountain, Lunch and transfer to the Finca Argovia,
DAY 04–ARGOVIA COFFEE FARM
After breakfast, we will transfer to Argovia’s plantation, we will start the coffee tour where they will receive a talk about the farm and the processes in place for the benefit of coffee, lunch is included and after it starts activities with the flowers tour by jeep to get to know one of the most beautiful flowers of the region which are the Anthurios The hard coffee tour 45 min, the hard Jeep tour 1 h 20 min, the rest of the free time to stroll through the place, including dinner and overnight.
DAY 05–COFFEE FARM OF ARGOVIA – IZAPA – TUXTLA CHICO – COMITAN
After an early breakfast, we will transfer to Izapa to visit this interesting archaeological Mixe Zoque, cradle of civilization Olmec. Then we will visit the chocolate factory of Tuxtla Chico, then to the city of Comitán with lunch on the road then settle into the hotel with free dinner.
DAY 06 –COMITAN – MONTEBELLO LAKES – LACANDON JUNGLE
After breakfast, we left for Montebello Lakes where we will discover five different beautiful places to see and below the clouds we will make a short walk to the lookout to see the Jabali River and the waterfalls. Then we will continue to the Eco-Tourist Center of Las Guacamayas or El Canto de la Selva or the Eco- Tourist Center of Lacandonia (according to the weather). Arrival and accommodation in the cabins of the place rest of the afternoon free to know the place with dinner.
DAY O7 – LACANDON JUNGLE
In the morning at 06:00, optional observation of the nests of Guacamayas. At 08:00 breakfast and then around 10:00, we make a tour by boat on the Lacantun River in the middle of the jungle (03 hours approximately), where will swim, fish, have lunch. During the afternoon, we will have a walk through the community, area of the howler monkey and zone of nesting macaws, a convenient hour dinner and overnight stay.
DAY 08 – SELVA LACANDONA– YAXCHILAN& BONAMPAK – LACANJA VILLAGE
Early in the morning we will go to Corozal border(Guatemala) to have breakfast at this place. We take a boat for the visit of the archaeological site of Yaxchilan, see beautiful Maya stelae. Return to Corozal border by boat, lunch included in restaurant at this zone. Then we will go to Bonampak to visit the famous murals of the Maya world. We will arrive at Lacanjá village and accommodation in cabins of a Lacandon family, rest of the afternoon free to stroll through the place at convenient time dinner.
DAY 09 –LACANJA VILLAGE – MACTUNI HA WATERFALL – PALENQUE
After breakfast at 08:00, we will startthe walk by the trail into the jungle with a Lacandon inhabitant. We will cross small streams, walking on tree trunks or in water (bring shoes for walking in water). We will visit the Mactuni-Ha waterfall, time to swim and be in contact with the nature, then back to Lacanjá (lunch included) and then departure to Palenque.
DAY 10 – PALENQUE
In the morning at 08:00 we will visit the archaeological site of Palenque. This is largest Mayan city of the world, where one can admire the architecture and art of this culture evolved in Middle America, with its inscriptions temple, the Palace and the Temple of the Sun. City where nowadays have registered more than 1667 temples still covered by jungle. Food included in restaurant the place and transfer to your hotel in Palenque.
DAY 11 –TABASCO – CUPILCO
Early in the morning we leave this magical place to drive to Tabasco. We will discover the most picturesque church of Tabasco located in “Cupilco”. Its facade is painted in bright colors, inside there are two altarpieces, one of them is that of the “Virgin of the Asunción”, to whom this dedicated this temple. After this, free afternoon at leisure.
DAY 12 – CUPILCO – COCOA HACIENDA
Today we start our Cocoa Program; in order to know the cocoa plantation, enjoy the colors and scents of a large variety of exotic trees and plantsand witness the production of exquisite chocolate from Tabasco, you will pass through several points. You will visit during the day: The Tabasco Museum of cocoa and Hacienda La Luz, the Cholula Farm and Hacienda of Jesús Maria.
DAY 13 –COCOA HACIENDA – ARCHEOLOGICAL ZONE OF COMALCALCO
Our last stop of the trip we will be at one more Mayan city in Middle America. Unique in its manufacturing form, the city was built with bricks of mud cooked, from the end of the classical period. Three architectural groups are included in the main area of Comalcalco: Northern square, great Acropolis. It has a Museum, a unit of attention to visitors and an audio-visual room.
DAY 14 – GOOD BYE
At proper time one of our representatives will lead you to the Tuxtla International Airport, hope you spent a great time in Mexico, and see you soon!!!
