Estado de Mexico- Fam Trip
The State of Mexico welcomed us with two routes thanks to its diversity of attractions, the first route was through the North Zone, focused on adventure and where the Magical Towns of Tepotzotlán, Aculco, El Oro, and Villa del Carbon were visited.
For the northern route, we lived the first day in Tepotzotlán where the Jesuit Footprint Tour and the Pulquero Tour were held, and we visited the National Museum of the Viceroyalty and Ex-College, the Parishes of San Pedro and Plaza de la Cruz.
On the second day, we visited Aculco and El Oro. Here our visit was through the Concepción and Tixhiñu waterfalls, a tour of the Historic Center of Aculco and a Cheese Tour to later go to El Oro where an experience of mining hiking and a tour in trams.
On the third day was Villa del Carbon with an artisan eggnog and booty workshop, as well as a tour of the Plaza de Hidalgo and the Presa del Llano.
On the other hand, on the route through the south of the state, Ixtapa de la Sal was visited, beginning with an artisan workshop of clay and sweet seed, the spa, and a SPA experience at Serenity Spa.
We visited Tonatico and its Grottoes, which are called “Grutas de la Estrella State Park”, as well as the “Niltze” Ecotourism Park.
In Malinalco, the art gallery “Casa Rene Martín” received us and later we visited the Malikulli Ecotourism Park, as well as the experience of a mezcal tasting in the Alambique “La Cascada” and the Archaeological Zone.
Finally, both trips ended at the same point in Toluca with a marketplace with suppliers.
