Puebla

Puebla is a state located in the center of the country, bordering Tlaxcala, Hidalgo, Veracruz, Oaxaca, Guerrero, Morelos, and the State of Mexico.

It is one of the best-positioned destinations in the area of religious tourism, business, and gastronomy, besides being considered as a World Heritage City.

Among its gastronomic delights, some of the most famous dishes are chiles en nogada (which are usually part of the traditions for the month of September) and mole poblano.

Also, a walk you can’t miss in your visit to Puebla is the Calle de Los Dulces, where you will find a great variety of sweets to delight the palate, from the most typical of the state to others not so ordinary; mostachones, macaroni, muéganos, borrachitos, camotes, and marzipan.
